Why Are We Here?

The Bless Coalition is unique. It was built on the idea of collaboration among all facets of the community: from churches of all denominations, to businesses, civic organizations, other non-profits, and individuals with only one goal: to serve those in need. We believe that we must meet the community where they are, understand the needs that exist, and work to fill those gaps in order to meet the needs of the impoverished, support and expand existing efforts, and build new programs as we become more in tune with those we serve.

The Bless Coalition was founded in 2016 by Matt Warren through his local outreach efforts as Engagement Pastor at CrossPoint City Church in Cartersville, Georgia. Matt realized that so many churches, businesses and other non-profits were providing valuable resources to those in need, a coordination of those resources would make an even larger impact. From that, BLESS Coalition was launched in May 2017 to expand the already existing service functions within this region with a mantra of "together we can do so much more.” The Bless Coalition continues to enjoy a strong partnership with Crosspoint City Church but is now a separate entity, funded solely through independent donations and grants.
